The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting visually compelling designs that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand communication. You ll collaborate across departments to deliver high-impact assets, contributing to a strong visual identity that resonates with our audience.A - Key Responsibilities:Brand and Marketing Collateral:- Design engaging digital and print assets such as brochures, pitch decks, flyers, banners, infographics, and event materials.- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.Digital Media & Campaign Support:- Create graphics for social media, web platforms, and email marketing.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign visuals.Video & Motion Design (Nice to Have):- Edit promotional videos, reels, and customer success stories.- Contribute to motion graphics where applicable.Cross-functional Collaboration:- Partner with product, sales, and tech teams to create tailored design solutions.- Provide creative input during brainstorming and ideation sessions.UI/UX & Platform Support (Bonus):- Assist in the visual design of digital twin and drone-platform interfaces.- Support basic UI/UX layouts and wireframes as needed.Trend Awareness:- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry aesthetics relevant to B2B tech, real estate, and -digital media.B - Skills / Attributes Required:- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma and/or Canva.- A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects.- Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual aesthetic.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Receptiveness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly.C - Qualifications / Experience Required:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a startup, SaaS, or tech-driven environment.Bonus: Exposure to the real estate, proptech, or infrastructure industries.Advantage: Experience with 3D modeling, drone imagery, or motion design tools.D - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Timely delivery of design assets for campaigns and events.- Quality and creativity of visual assets as per brand guidelines.- Engagement metrics for designed content (e.g., social media reach, landing page conversions).- Internal stakeholder feedback and design impact.E - Assessment Process:Portfolio Review & Creative Brief Round: Evaluation of design quality, storytelling, branding consistency, and originality.Design Task: Candidates may be asked to complete a task relevant to YelloSKYE s products or campaigns.HR Round: Discussion on cultural fit, salary expectations, notice period, and joining date.YelloSKYE is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.Note: This job description is subject to change based on business needs.
