Job Description
- The VRM role focuses on enhancing virtual customer engagement to drive loyalty, improve mobile banking adoption, and increase product penetration. Key responsibilities include :- Deepen customer relationships to boost relationship value and retention.- Conduct quality engagement calls using industry best practices.- Drive first-time login and usage of the Optimus mobile app.- Increase CASA balances, acquire new clients, and grow product holdings per customer.- Cross-sell pre-approved products like credit cards and personal loans.- Profile customers accurately and recommend suitable banking products.- Facilitate onboarding for digital banking, investments, insurance, loans, and relevant banking programs.- Achieve monthly targets to improve performance scorecards and rankings.- Liaise with internal teams to close retail asset and trade transaction leads.- Ensure quick, customer-centric resolution of queries to meet NPS benchmarks.- Adhere to all compliance and bank policy standards.- Promote and onboard eligible customers into the Relationship Banking (RB) program.
