Xalts has been selected to participate in multiple government backed programs such as Digital Assets Lab in Qatar Financial Centre, Cyberport Incubation Program in Hong Kong etc.About the RoleWe re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day execution across company governance, product engagement tracking, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership, and can confidently manage follow-ups and execution across both internal and external workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesCompany Governance Support- Coordinate with corporate secretarial and compliance vendors to ensure all filings, registers, and documents are in order across the company s legal entities.- Maintain audit readiness across jurisdictions- Track regulatory deliverables and support board/shareholder documentation needs across entitiesProduct Usage Monitoring and Engagement- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor usage patterns and event logs across designated client accounts- Support enablement activities for junior users at client organizations - including preparing walkthroughs, explainer content, or demo sessions for new joiners (non-decision makers)- Coordinate internally to keep materials updated and usage issues flagged for resolutionExecutive Support (CXOs)- Set up meetings and manage calendars for key external conversations for the CXOs- Track and nudge on follow-ups where founder involvement is not immediately required- Own and update simple internal trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracksYou re a good fit if you- Have 1-3 years of experience in operations, CXO support, client engagement.- Are organized, articulate, and capable of working independently- Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic dashboards, and internal systems- Communicate well across seniority levels - from vendors to clients to C-levels- Have supported both internal execution and external coordination in a fast-paced environment (ref:updazz.com)
