Job Description
Description Performance Indicators: - Overall responsibility of managing all transactions, compliance and KYC.
-This role will carry individual sales target - Achieving monthly/Yearly Target of each product assigned - Performance management of the branch staff through quality control and necessary training.
-Ensuring training module completion of the direct reports in a timely manner.
-Increasing the customer footfall by adding new customers and converting existing customers.
-Managing and controlling the documentation process related to branch operations with regards to customer and local authorities, Safe house management, document custody and retrieval.
-Primary custodian of shutter and safe keys - Design and Develop appropriate branch processes whenever new product portfolios are enabled in the market by the organization.
-Ensure proper segregation of duties, develop and maintain work flows for all stages of branch operations.
-Assesses risks in all branch processes, review control effectiveness and improve processes for better customer experience as well as stronger risk management.
-Productivity and performance management - Quality Control - Customer acquisition and retention - Customer experience and cross selling - Process Improvements - Business promotion & New initiatives5. Job Context: - A general commentary of any aspects of the job that do not fit logically in the other sections e.g. current projects, operating context/environment - The position will also handle other strategic projects assigned from time to time by the Regional/Zonal Head.
-Responsible for maintaining cordial environment at work6. Communications & Working Relationships: - Define what is communicated to whom and why- Internal: Direct Reports (Branch Employees), Functions, Regional Head- External: Regulatory, External Auditor, Customers7. Frameworks, Boundaries, & Decision-making Authority: - Define the nature of policy/procedure/instruction constraints and the nature of reporting relationships with the boss as well as any relevant financial sign-off authorities- As per company guidelines8. Qualifications, Experience, & Skills: Define the skills, knowledge and experience specific to the job in question (includes generic skills)1. Bachelor s Degree/Master s Degree is preferred2. 5 years of experience in our business (Forex/Gold Loan/Travel & Holidays).3. Good product and market knowledge4. Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment5. Well versed with MS Office.6. Seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk and reduce costs7. Knowledge of controlling and managing Branch P & L, analyze the same9. Competencies: Behavioural competencies1. Leadership Skills: Be a positive influence for the team to drive business results and team motivation.2. Decision Making Skills: Be conflict management, time management etc.3. Continuous Improvement: Bring Improvements with good analytical insight4. Problem Solving Skills: Problem-solving mentality to every situation. See alternatives, take initiative and responsibility5.
