Job Roll: On RollChannel: AgencyLocation: Angamaly, KeralaJob Summary: A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and converting leads into business deals. They work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute outreach strategies and develop long-term business plans.Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify, recruit, motivate and guide the team to work by understanding the customer needs and achieve the goals of the organization.- Present business proposals and product demonstrations to potential customers.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences.- Qualify leads and set up meetings with key decision-makers.- Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Any Field) - Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
-Required all semester marksheets.
-Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person) - Preferred local candidate.
