Required Male Office And Field Assistant - Real Estate

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Office Work:

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivery of property documents
• Assist in preparing files, brochures, and client kits
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area
• Assist staff with errands like picking up documents, bills, or parcels
• Support the sales or admin team with miscellaneous office tasks

Field Work:

• Accompany clients to property site visits (flats, plots, commercial spaces, etc.)
• Collect and deliver documents to clients, banks, government offices, or registration offices
• Visit government offices (e.g., registration office, municipal office) for basic follow-ups
• Place or remove project banners, signage, or marketing materials at sites
• Assist in organizing events or exhibitions when required
• Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and service providers
• Take photos/videos of properties and sites using a mobile phone (if required)

Candidate Requirements:

• Should be physically fit , punctual, and responsible
• Basic reading/writing knowledge (in English/Hindi/Local language)
• Knowledge of local areas, routes, and transportation
• Polite, well-behaved, and disciplined
• Must own or be comfortable using a two-wheeler (preferred)
• Willing to travel daily as part of field work
• Ready to work in a team and take instructions from office staff

Skills Preferred:

• Basic smartphone and app usage (WhatsApp, maps, camera, etc.)
• Good communication with clients and staff
• Any prior experience in real estate or office support is a plus
• Honest and trustworthy in handling documents and money (if given)
