Job Description
We are Looking Personal Secretary cum Receptionist for our Real Estate Corporate office at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Candidate should be good communicated and presentable personality. She have must knowledge of job responsibility and required skill.

Eligibilities:
She should be graduated.
Only for experienced candidate but Hotel , airhostess and models fresher can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and associates with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a neat and presentable reception area
  • Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
  • Assist walk-in clients and provide basic information about company projects and services

Personal Secretary Duties:

  • Provide confidential administrative and personal assistance to the Director/CEO
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and respond to emails, memos, and official correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner
  • Follow up on internal and external communication and ensure timely responses
  • Handle confidential documents and business information with utmost discretion
  • Coordinate between departments for smooth execution of tasks on behalf of management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate
  • Presentable, polished, and well-groomed with a professional attitude
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email handling, and internet usage
  • Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Should be comfortable in handling sensitive information confidentially

Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):

  • Experience working in real estate, construction, or corporate offices
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, travel bookings, and office operations
  • Capability to handle occasional event coordination or team logistics
