Role Overview
We are looking for a young, motivated, and hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can build, maintain, and scale web applications. You will be involved in both frontend and backend development, server deployment, and database management.
This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in India who have the hunger to learn, ship code fast, and work closely with a passionate team.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Strong experience in PHP with CodeIgniter framework
Solid hands-on skills with Angular and Node.js
Experience with MySQL and MongoDB
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Strong understanding of server-side deployment and environment setup
Good at writing optimized and efficient SQL and NoSQL queries
Solid communication skills able to work independently and in teams
Prior experience in a product-based company is a strong plus

Performance-Driven Culture
3-Month Probation Period
You will be assigned milestone-based tasks during this period.
Your performance will be closely evaluated.
Successful completion = permanent role.
Poor performance = termination.
Weekly Bonus Structure:
Earn an additional 2.5 percent bonus on task value for each weekly milestone that is successfully deployed LIVE without bugs.
