Site Supervisor - Interior

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor - Interior to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out and renovation work at various residential, commercial, retail, or institutional project sites. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of work on-site, aligning with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior work processes including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, modular installation, and site coordination. The candidate will be expected to manage labor, coordinate with vendors and contractors, monitor day-to-day progress, and report regularly to project managers or office teams.
