Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil works, especially in concrete structures, and will ensure that all project components are delivered on time, within scope, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day on-site operations related to civil and concrete works.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Inspect construction activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Maintain project documentation such as daily reports, labor deployment, material usage, and progress tracking.
Identify and resolve any site-related issues or conflicts promptly.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
Guide and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site labor for efficient workflow.
Report regularly to management on work status and project milestones.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site/Civil Supervisor in construction or concrete works.
Strong understanding of civil drawings, BOQ, site measurements, and quality standards.
Familiar with concrete technologies, surface preparation, epoxy coatings, waterproofing, etc. (preferred).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage manpower and ensure productivity.
Working knowledge of safety procedures and construction regulations.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting tools.
