Key Responsibilities

1. Pickup and Delivery:
   • Pick up packages, food orders, or products from the designated pickup point.
   • Deliver items to customers safely and within the expected delivery time frame.
   • Ensure that the right item is delivered to the right person at the right address.
2. Customer Interaction:
   • Greet customers politely and maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
   • Handle basic customer queries related to the order or delivery.
   • Collect payments if Cash on Delivery (COD) is applicable.
3. Use of Technology:
   • Use mobile apps or GPS devices to find delivery addresses and optimize delivery routes.
   • Update delivery status in real-time using the company s application or delivery platform.
   • Communicate with the dispatch team or supervisors through the app or phone.
4. Handling Products:
   • Ensure that products are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
   • For food delivery, maintain hygiene and keep the food warm or cold as required.
   • Handle fragile or perishable goods responsibly.
5. Documentation and Records:
   • Maintain delivery logs and records of payments or receipts.
   • Collect customer signatures or delivery confirmation, where applicable.
   • Report completed deliveries and any issues faced during delivery.
6. Vehicle Management (if using own vehicle):
   • Keep the vehicle (bike/scooter) in good condition.
   • Refuel and maintain vehicle regularly.
   • Carry necessary vehicle documents (license, registration, insurance, etc.).
