Required Housekeeping Staff - Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hard-working Housekeeping Staff member to manage daily cleanliness and hygiene-related tasks in our office premises. The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning the office , washing utensils and washrooms , serving tea to employees , and handling other day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance tasks . This is a full-day, hands-on role best suited for individuals with a strong sense of cleanliness, time management, and dedication to workplace upkeep. You will play a vital role in maintaining a pleasant and hygienic work environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Cleaning & Maintenance

• Daily sweeping and mopping of office floors, corridors, staircases, and entrance areas.
• Dusting and cleaning workstations, desks, chairs, windows, glass partitions, and doors.
• Ensuring that reception, meeting rooms, and common areas are tidy and organized at all times.
• Cleaning and organizing storage rooms, utility areas, and pantry spaces as required.

2. Washroom Cleaning & Hygiene

• Thorough cleaning of all washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors at regular intervals.
• Replenishing toiletries such as handwash, tissues, and toilet paper on time.
• Ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly and disposed of hygienically.
• Reporting any plumbing or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

3. Utensil Cleaning

• Washing all office utensils (cups, glasses, spoons, plates, etc.) used by employees.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen or pantry area.
• Cleaning tea/coffee machines or water dispensers regularly.

4. Tea/Coffee Service

• Preparing and serving tea, coffee, or water to employees and guests at designated times (usually twice or as needed).
• Washing and cleaning utensils after every round of serving.
• Ensuring crockery and kitchen items are kept clean and stored properly.

5. Waste Disposal

• Collecting and disposing of office garbage and recyclable items daily.
• Maintaining segregation of dry and wet waste (if required by local regulation).
• Keeping waste bins clean and sanitized.

6. Miscellaneous Office Tasks

• Assisting with basic errands inside the office such as carrying files, refilling water bottles, or delivering documents between departments.
• Opening and closing the office (as per instructions).
• Assisting admin with small office maintenance jobs when needed.
• Notifying the admin team about low stock of cleaning materials or pantry items.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• No formal education required
• Basic literacy (reading and understanding instructions) preferred

Experience:

• 1 3 years of prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in office, hospital, school, or commercial premises preferred
• Freshers with good work ethic and willingness to learn are also welcome
