Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible CA Articles and Semi-Qualified CA professional & to join our firm s Audit and Taxation team . The role involves working across Statutory & Internal Audit , Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST) , FEMA advisory , and Corporate Law compliance . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to gain in-depth exposure to multiple areas of professional practice while working with reputed clients across various sectors. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, professional ethics, and eagerness to learn .& Monthly Stipend Rs 7000- Rs 8000. Semi-qualified staff Rs 15000 - Rs 25000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit & Assurance

• Assist in conducting Statutory Audits , Tax Audits , and Internal Audits for clients across industries.
• Draft audit programs, collect audit evidence, and document working papers in compliance with standards.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, vouching, verification of assets/liabilities, and compliance testing.
• Prepare and finalize audit reports with supporting documentation.

2. Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

• Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Conduct Tax Audits and prepare related annexures (Form 3CD, 3CB).
• Support in Assessment proceedings , TDS return filings, and resolving notices.
• Stay updated with recent amendments in the Income Tax Act.

3. Indirect Taxation (GST)

• Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Assist in GST audits, reconciliations, and litigation support.
• Help in classification, ITC matching, and responding to departmental queries.
• Keep track of GST notifications and circulars relevant to client businesses.

4. FEMA & RBI Compliance

• Assist in handling foreign remittance documentation , Form FC-GPR, FLA filings, and other FEMA matters.
• Coordinate with clients on inward/outward remittances and RBI reporting.
• Ensure proper record-keeping for FDI and ECB compliance.

5. Corporate Laws & ROC Filings

• Assist in Company Incorporation , annual filings (MCA), and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Support the team in drafting resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
• File forms such as MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC , etc.
• Work on Company Law compliance under Companies Act, 2013.
