Job descriptionMarketing Manager - BFSI | Housing Finance | CTC Up to - 10 LPA We are hiring a strategic and energetic Marketing Manager for a leading housing finance company. The role demands 3 years of BFSI marketing experience with a strong command of BTL activities, channel engagement, and lead generation. Ideal for a field-ready professional who can drive regional marketing initiatives, support business growth, and elevate brand visibility.Locations : AhmedabadExperience : 3Primary Skills : BTL marketing, Lead generation, Channel engagement, Event planning, Regional strategy execution, Market analysis, Cross-functional coordination, Communication skills, English & local language fluency, Travel readiness, MIS reporting, Self-driven attitude.Pay Details : Up to Rs. 10 LPAMust Have :- Minimum 3 years of BFSI marketing experience- Strong hands-on expertise in BTL activities and on-ground activations- Proven track record in lead generation and channel engagement- Ability and willingness to travel across assigned regions- Excellent communication skills in English and local language- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field- Strong self-motivation and execution-driven mindsetKey Responsibilities :- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and action plan aligned with regional business goals- Plan and drive BTL activities and activations to support branches in achieving sales targets- Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen brand positioning within the assigned region- Recommend and implement region-specific marketing strategies- Organize and manage channel engagement initiatives, including CP/Builder meets and branding at partner locations- Plan and oversee promotional events and on-ground activations- Maintain and publish timely MIS reports and trackers related to marketing plans, activations, and lead generation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business objectives- Ensure availability and visibility of marketing collaterals at branches and events (ref:updazz.com)
