Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.- Understand academic background and career goals of leads to suggest suitable programs.- Deliver professional and persuasive program presentations via phone, email, or video call.- Follow up with leads through CRM and ensure timely closure of admissions.- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions.- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.- Stay updated on the latest course offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies.
