Job Description
AESC is a hiring partner for an Enterprise Automation Company who is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in B2B CRM sales, HRMS sales, ERP sales, or corporate event sales. This role focuses on revenue generation, deal closure, and direct sales, contributing to our mission of delivering innovative content and digital solutions. Competitive salary and benefits offered.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in B2B CRM, HRMS, and ERP markets.- Identify and engage potential clients through direct sales efforts and corporate events.- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning.- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.REQUIRED SKILLS:- Proven experience in B2B CRM, HRMS, ERP, or corporate event sales.- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of revenue generation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights.- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and client engagements.
