The ideal candidate will manage multi-platform paid strategies, analyze campaign performance, and ensure maximum ROI while contributing to the company s growth and brand visibility.Must-have skills and tools:- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Video), Facebook, Instagram, Sharechat, and native platforms like Algebra and Taboola.- Strong understanding of landing page optimization, user funnels, and A/B testing.- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Sharechat Pixel integration.- Proficiency in measuring and analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics to track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor technical adjustments.- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to identify, attract, and engage target audiences effectively.- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform updates.- Strong writing and verbal communication skills for campaign messaging.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and manage optimized paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Sharechat, Algebra, Taboola, and other platforms to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals.- Continuously monitor, analyze performance, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.- Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.- Set up and integrate tracking pixels via Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Sharechat Pixel to ensure accurate data collection.- Monitor and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, providing insights on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to optimize ongoing strategies- Stay updated with emerging trends in paid media and recommend improvements to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging and campaign goals.- Troubleshoot technical issues related to tagging, tracking, and ad delivery.
