Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts. 2. Generate revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 3. Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers, providing a seamless experience. 4. Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner. 5. Effectively communicate client needs and feedback to the relevant teams. 6. Analyse client requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet them. 7. Forecast and track key client account metrics to gauge performance. 8. Manage projects through delivery leads and project managers, ensuring alignment between client goals and company objectives. 9. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow business with existing clients. 10. Coordinate with other departments (Delivery, Platform, Support) working on the same accounts to provide consistent service. 11. Handle multiple clients simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. 12. Prepare and manage requirement documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering exceptional service. Minimum Qualifications :1. 3 - 6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Persistent follow-up abilities, ensuring you become a familiar presence at client premises. 4. Proactive, with a strong capability to handle challenging situations.- What BRISKPE Offers :1.
