Job Description - Inside Sales Executive Position: Inside Sales Executive Location: AhmedabadReporting To: Sales Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role involves lead generation, client interaction, and collaboration with the Business Development team to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement & Communication: - Develop and sustain relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Quickly understand client structures and identify key decision-makers.
-Advise clients on products/services to generate leads and business opportunities.
-Create customer callbacks and follow up on referrals.
-Sales & Lead Generation: - Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into prospects.
-Generate leads for software sales and ensure effective follow-up.
-Pass domestic leads to the relevant Business Development Manager (BDM).
-Work towards closing deals with the support of senior team members.
-Reporting & Coordination: - Maintain accurate databases and records of client interactions.
-Prepare daily call reports, leads reports, and closure reports.
