Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Agency Development Manager to drive agency channel sales and expand the advisor network in the Hospet region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors while ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
