Position: HR Counsellor
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR or related field preferred)
Experience: 0-1 Year
Salary: 1.2 LPA 2.4 LPA (Target Based)
Job Type: Full time
Location: Percept Infosystem, Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with convincing abilities
Good understanding of IT courses/training programs (basic level)
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students, graduates, and job seekers about IT training programs and career paths
Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable courses
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain and update student records in the database
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Coordinate with the training and placement teams for smooth operations
Key Performance Area:
Lead Conversion- Turning inquiries into enrollments
Target Achievement- Meeting weekly/monthly enrollment goals
Counselling Quality- Providing clear, convincing course guidance
Follow-up Efficiency- Timely follow-ups to close leads
Database Accuracy- Proper record keeping of inquiries and conversions
Client Satisfaction- Ensuring a positive experience for every candidate
