Requirements:
5 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
Strong command of Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, REST APIs
Experience with SQL, JPA, Git, and version control
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Bonus: Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS, or Docker
Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
