Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and safety. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage budgets, production schedules, and workforce planning. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning and execution.
