RPA Developer (UiPath Orchestrator)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in UiPath, .NET technologies, and automation design. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in RPA bot development, system integration, and deployment while ensuring compliance with security and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and review RPA solutions using UiPath
Install, configure, upgrade and manage UiPath Orchestrator and its components
Implement and oversee control panels and bot versioning
Work with cross-functional teams including InfoSec, Risk, and Infrastructure
Build and review automation solutions for SAP processes, Excel, REST APIs, and databases
Guide and mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
Interact with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and gap analysis
Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support guidelines
Mandatory Skills
3 years hands-on RPA experience using UiPath
Proficient in .NET (C#) and solid programming/OOP principles
Experience with OCR tools like ABBYY, and scripting (JS, VBScript, etc.)
Familiarity with source control systems (Git/Stash)
Strong experience automating SAP, Excel, and browser-based tasks
REST API integration and database automation
Ability to handle infrastructure interactions and security compliance
Exposure to SDLC, testing, and deployment best practices
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/ML/Cognitive services
RPA integration with other development stacks
SAP technologies exposure
Knowledge of business domain compliances and governance standards
