Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Rotational Week Off)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary Range: 15,000/- to 22,000/- per month
Incentives: Attractive incentives based on performance
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience:
Must have experience in Sales (BPO) or from a Real Estate background
Prior experience in lead generation will be an added advantage
Communication Skills:
Should have average to above-average English communication skills
Proficiency in V4 communication is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation for premium real estate projects
Engage with potential clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads
Maintain and update client databases
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales pipeline
