Staff Engineer .NET Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, React.js, and GraphQL
Architect and convert monolithic applications into microservices
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Design and integrate APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
Guide the team on coding best practices, design patterns, and DevOps
Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure high code quality
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
React.js or Angular (mandatory)
Strong expertise in Microservices architecture
Proficiency in Azure services and deployment
Experience with GraphQL (preferred)
Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API security
Sound knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
Must have led teams of 4 5 engineers
Education: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent full-time qualification
