Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry & Record Maintenance:

• Enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or online databases.

Document Handling:

• Convert handwritten notes, scanned documents, or paper forms into digital formats.

Quality Check:

& Daily Reporting:

• Submit daily/weekly productivity reports to the team leader or supervisor.
• Maintain data logs and ensure data is backed up as required.

Skills & Competencies :

& Computer Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel , MS Word, and typing software
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Email, and file handling
• Understanding of basic file formats: .xls, .csv, .pdf, .doc

& Typing Speed:

• Minimum typing speed of 25 30 words per minute (WPM)
• Accuracy and attention to detail in typing are essential

& Organizational Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple data files and maintain order in digital folders
• Time management and task prioritization
