Job Description
Looking for female sales executive who can generate personal loan leads on calls.
Need someone with good communication and with money earning attitude.
No work from home profile available as if now, can discuss for part time opportunity in interview.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Telecalling & Customer Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using the company s database or marketing-generated leads.
  • Pitch personal loan products (salaried/self-employed) clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand the customer 's loan requirements, eligibility, and repayment capacity.
  • Clarify basic queries related to interest rates, EMI options, loan tenure, and documentation.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate leads by initiating conversations, building rapport, and understanding customer needs.
  • Pass on qualified leads to the documentation or loan processing team for follow-up.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads through phone, WhatsApp, or SMS until closure.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead targets set by the team leader.

3. Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated with various personal loan products, offers, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
  • Understand differences between loans for salaried vs. self-employed customers.
  • Guide customers on basic loan eligibility checks such as CIBIL score, income proof, and KYC norms.

4. CRM & Data Entry

  • Accurately enter customer details, call status, and remarks in the CRM or lead tracking system.
  • Maintain organized call logs and follow-up schedules.
  • Ensure no duplicate leads and maintain data hygiene in customer records.

5. Customer Service

  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-centric approach during all interactions.
  • Address initial concerns, objections, or doubts with clarity and confidence.
  • Handle sensitive financial conversations with confidentiality and responsibility.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English understanding is a plus.
  • Telecalling or sales experience is preferred (especially in BFSI, DSA, or tele-sales sectors).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejections positively.
  • Basic knowledge of loans, banking, or finance is desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Must be confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail in understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take feedback constructively.
