Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:- Oversee the daily functioning of the bakery outlet.- Ensure that all products meet quality and presentation standards.- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid wastage or shortages.- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and materials.- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.Sales & Customer Service:- Monitor daily sales and work toward achieving sales targets.- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints promptly.- Analyze customer feedback and make improvements to service and product offerings.- Assist in implementing promotions, seasonal products, and marketing initiatives.Staff Management:- Hire, train, and manage bakery staff including bakers, sales assistants, and cashiers.- Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.- Foster a positive and productive work environment.Hygiene & Compliance:- Ensure the branch complies with all food safety and hygiene standards.- Maintain cleanliness across production, display, and storage areas.- Adhere to local health and safety regulations.Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain daily sales, stock, and expense records.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on branch performance for senior management.- Handle petty cash and ensure accurate billing and cash reconciliation.
