-This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation who thrives on achieving targets, building relationships, and making a direct impact on patient care through medical technology.Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential hospitals and healthcare providers through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.Client Relationship Management : Understand the client s needs and recommend tailored solutions using our portfolio of medical devices.Product Presentations & Demonstrations : Present medical equipment features and benefits effectively to doctors, purchase managers, and hospital administrators.Sales Closure & Negotiation : Work under the guidance of the Sales Head to negotiate and close deals that align with both company goals and client needs.Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales visits, and follow-ups in CRM tools.Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather feedback to improve sales strategies.Qualifications- Proven sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical products is preferred- Strong understanding of critical care equipment: Ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, Monitors, ECG, Syringe Pumps, Volumetric Pump, Patient Monitor, etc.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently- Comfortable with field work and client visits across Haryana- Familiar with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (ref:updazz.com)
