What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
- Overall experience should be more than 14 years.
- More than 7 years of experience in BOT Development (ideally on Kore.AI platform).
- Should be good in Classic AIML.
- Should be good in NLP.
- Should be good in Rest API.
- Good knowledge on Cloud (AWS or Azure).
Secondary Skills
- Additional software languages (Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML).
- Alternative bot development platforms (Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa, etc.), CI/CD Pipelines, Test Case Development, Telephony Platforms.
