Data Entry Executive Non-Voice Process

Job Summary: A Data Entry Executive in a Non-Voice Process is responsible for entering, updating, and managing data into digital systems without interacting with customers via phone calls. This role focuses on back-end operations such as processing forms, verifying information, updating databases, handling online records, and ensuring data accuracy. The position is ideal for individuals with excellent keyboard skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Non-voice data entry roles are common in industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, education, logistics, and e-commerce, where large volumes of data are processed regularly. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:
   • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, content management systems (CMS), or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
   • Handle large volumes of text, alphanumeric, or numerical data efficiently.
   • Transcribe, update, and manage records from scanned images, documents, web portals, or internal systems.
2. Data Verification and Validation:
   • Review, compare, and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
   • Identify and correct data entry errors before final submission or processing.
   • Flag inconsistencies and report unusual findings to team leads or supervisors.
3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
   • Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records both physical and digital.
   • Ensure secure handling of confidential or sensitive data in line with data protection standards.
   • Archive completed work in designated locations and formats.
4. Process Support and Workflow Adherence:
   • Follow company workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and task checklists accurately.
   • Meet daily, weekly, or monthly data entry quotas or productivity targets.
   • Communicate with team leads, supervisors, or other departments via email or internal chat for clarifications or updates.
5. Reporting and Feedback:
   • Provide regular updates on completed tasks or report issues encountered during data entry.
   • Participate in team huddles or briefings to stay informed of updates or changes to processes.
   • Offer suggestions to improve workflow or reduce errors if applicable.
