Lead Generation Specialist/Telecaller (1-5 Yrs) Jaipur/Rajasthan (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet daily and weekly targets. Identify decision makers within target organizations and build rapport to facilitate further engagement.- Document all interactions and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.- Freshers can also apply.- Good to Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to articulate product/service offerings and value propositions effectively.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred)/Any Diploma (Preferred) Under Graduation/Graduates/Post Graduates (Fresher can also apply) (ref:updazz.com)
