Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRA): Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:- Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.- Identify new market opportunities and execute sales campaigns.- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.Team Leadership & Development:- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.- Provide coaching and motivation to drive sales success. Business Development & Client Acquisition:- Drive B2C & B2B sales, targeting HNIs, institutional investors, & retail clients.- Strengthen relationships with real estate brokers & channel partners. Market Expansion & Brand Positioning:- Conduct market research & refine sales strategies.- Represent the company at industry events & networking forums.
-Operational & Performance Excellence- Utilize CRM tools for sales tracking & optimization.- Ensure legal compliance in all real estate transactions.Key Performance Indicators (KPI): - Achieve & exceed sales targets - Maintain high lead conversion rates - Build & retain a strong sales team - Expand market presence in Tier-2/3 cities - Ensure high customer satisfaction & referralsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 10 years of experience in real estate sales with reputed developers/brokerage firms.- Proven track record in high-value real estate transactions.- Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills.- Experience working with HNIs, family offices & institutional investors.- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai s real estate market.- Proficiency in CRM tools & data-driven decision-making.
