- Location: Noida- Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift- Work Hours: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM- Excellent opportunity to join SkillArbitrage as an Inside Sales Specialist.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails during the designated night shift hours.- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how SkillArbitrage solutions can meet their needs.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
-Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales success.- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or similar role, preferably in a night shift setting.
