Experienced VMC Machine Operator Needed Full Time Job Description : Job Title: VMC Operator Job Type: Full-Time Location: Chennai Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred Education: 10th ,12th , ITI / Diploma Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled VMC Operator to operate and maintain Vertical Machining Center machines in our production unit. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of VMC operations, part setup, tool selection, and quality inspection processes. Attention to detail, machine efficiency, and quality control are key requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate VMC machines to perform precise machining operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions. Load raw materials and tools, calibrate machines, and ensure correct program execution. Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary for quality output. Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized. Record production data, maintain logs, and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow safety guidelines and maintain compliance with quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience operating VMC machines. Ability to understand and work with technical drawings and CNC programs. Familiarity with Fanuc , Siemens or similar control systems. Good understanding of machining processes and tool selection. Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and productivity. Preferred Skills: Team player with good communication skills.
