If you thrive in a fast-paced, structured, and team-driven environment - we d love to meet you!.What You ll Do: Product Training & Sales Enablement:- Design and deliver structured, impactful training aligned with marketing and business objectives.- Upskill teams on product USP, pricing strategy, competitive edge, and application areas.- Connect product features with customer benefits in ways that drive real sales conversations. Engaging Content Development:- Create training content - videos, visual decks, competitive cards, and application demos.- Use LMS, webinars, and microlearning tools to ensure multi-format accessibility. Marketing Integration:- Align training content with ongoing campaigns, brand messaging, and product launches.- Train sales teams on marketing fundamentals - from brand storytelling to demand generation. New Product Launch Readiness:- Take charge of launch trainings - from product features to sales pitches and influencer briefs. Field-Level Impact:- Conduct in-market sessions for sales teams, architects, dealers, and contractors.- Identify skill gaps via surveys/visits and tailor programs accordingly.
