Required Data Analyst - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Management

• Gather, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (databases, CRM systems, APIs, surveys, etc.).
• Validate and maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow.

2. Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate business performance and forecast future outcomes.
• Create dashboards, charts, and visualizations to make data insights more accessible.
• Support various teams with ad-hoc analysis to solve specific business problems.

3. Reporting & Visualization

• Prepare and present periodic reports to management, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Use visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to communicate data-driven insights.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

4. Business Support & Decision Making

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to understand data needs.
• Provide insights that help optimize business strategies, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.

5. Compliance & Data Security

• Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Implement data governance practices to maintain security and confidentiality.
