This role involves field visits to government departments, building and nurturing official relationships, and ensuring successful order placements and fulfillment through the GeM portal. The ideal candidate should have good communication and documentation skills, along with the ability to handle follow-ups and coordination tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Visit government offices regularly to identify potential business opportunities or order enquiries- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with government department officials- Secure direct orders via the GeM platform by pitching products and services effectively- Coordinate and ensure proper delivery and acceptance of goods/services by the department- Handle end-to-end processes including delivery acknowledgment and payment follow-up- Provide daily/weekly sales reporting and maintain documentation for order tracking- Manage and resolve escalations with professionalism and urgencySkills Required:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word- Email and formal letter drafting skills- Self-motivated, field-ready, and target-orientedAdditional Requirements:- Must own a Bike or Scooter for field travel - Mandatory- Should be comfortable with daily visits to government departments- Ability to work independently and manage reporting responsibilitiesLanguages:- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (ref:updazz.com)
