ISPG Technologies - Executive - Business Development (0-1 Yrs) Cochin/Kochi (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends, customer behaviour and competition to identify growth opportunities.
-Lead generation, prospecting, and research activities.
-Support in preparing sales and other client-facing materials.
-Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and social media platforms.
-Follow up with leads and assist in nurturing customer relationships.
-Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information.
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
-Support administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports. Requirements: - Strong interest in sales and technology.
-Should schedule 15 meetings with the Reporting Heads monthly.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
-Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory.
