Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of construction equipment (excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.) in the assigned territory.- Identify and develop new customers, projects, and channels in the region.- Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and onboard new channel partners.- Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.- Collaborate with service, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth customer experience.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.- Ensure timely collections and maintain account health.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).- 6-13 years of proven sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector.- Strong network within construction, infrastructure, and related industries in Karnataka.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Willing to travel across the region as per business needs.- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
