Job Description
We are hiring Sales Executive & for both in-person and digital sales roles. Freshers are welcome no prior experience required! & Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, online research, industry databases, or referrals.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure continuous sales growth.
    • Actively seek new business opportunities in untapped markets.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs, preferences, and business requirements to recommend suitable products or services.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
    • Deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
    • Highlight product features, advantages, and benefits that provide value to customers.
    • Negotiate effectively to close deals with mutually beneficial terms.
  4. Sales Target Achievement
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Develop strategies to improve sales performance and increase revenue.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to management.
  5. Market Research and Analysis
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
    • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management for product improvement.
    • Recommend pricing adjustments or promotional campaigns based on market analysis.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
    • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
    • Share best practices with colleagues to support team growth.
  7. Post-Sales Support
    • Provide after-sales service, ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve post-sale issues.
    • Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
