Job Title: Senior Sales Officer Location: Department: Sales Job Summary:The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on field experience to execute effective sales plans and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
-Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing high-value customers.
-Mentor and guide junior sales officers and assist with on-ground training.
-Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
-Coordinate with distributors, retailers, or channel partners (as applicable).
-Plan and execute territory sales activities, campaigns, and promotions. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
