About the RoleWe are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domain.Key Responsibilities- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures.- CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.- Industry Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.What We re Looking For- Experience:- Junior Sales Manager: 5-7 years in enterprise sales.- Senior Sales Manager: 8-10 years in enterprise sales.- Industry Background: Preferably from Technology, SaaS, Fintech, or BFSI sectors.- Skills & Attributes:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Strong networking ability and experience engaging with C-level executives.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment.If you re ready to take on a high-impact role and drive growth in a rapidly evolving industry, we d love to have you on board!
