Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager - Corporate Sales to join our transport services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored transport service solutions.JOB Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector for employee transportation- Build a strong pipeline of corporate clients through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation- Understand client requirements and customize transport solutions accordingly- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close high-value deals- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to managementKey Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in employee transport, logistics, fleet management, or related domains- Strong network of corporate contacts in Kolkata and Eastern India- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (ref:updazz.com)
