Job Description
We re looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle-from strategy to close. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping customers solve real business challenges through innovative tech solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of qualified leads- Closing Deals: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, pitch, negotiation, and close- GTM Execution: Implement go-to-market strategies for both the India and US regions- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align efforts and deliver customer value- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive retention and upsell opportunities- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously refine your sales approach- Team Mentoring: Guide and mentor SDRs and junior AEs to elevate team performanceWhat We re Looking For:- 7 years of sales experience, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in B2B SaaS sales- Strong background in selling tech tools, integrations, or workflow automation to enterprise clients- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with a problem-solving orientation- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentKey Competencies:- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills- Clear and confident written and verbal communication- Results-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences- Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset- Openness to learning and innovation (ref:updazz.com)
