Job Description
Role Overview:We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join as an IHL (Institute of Higher Learning) Marketing Associate (Intern). This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about B2B go-to-market execution and higher-ed operations. You will work directly with the founder to support the end-to-end onboarding of our first set of university partners and their sourcing agents.Key Responsibilities :- Research and identify suitable universities (IHLs) and their admissions leadership to reach out to.- Craft clear, thoughtful outreach emails and LinkedIn InMails to initiate conversations.- Maintain an organised CRM (Google Sheets / Airtable / HubSpot) with outreach pipeline, status updates, and call notes.- Coordinate demo calls between founder and university stakeholders, ensuring pre- and post-meeting follow-ups.- Build onboarding guides and SOPs for student-sourcing agents.- Collaborate on refining the OpenGrads deck, landing page copy, and one-pager collaterals.- Track key GTM metrics such as outreach volume, conversion rates, demo-to-sign rate, and agent activation.- Support webinar and pilot onboarding logistics when required.What We re Looking For:- Excellent written communication skills and ability to write structured, persuasive outreach.- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, email sequencing tools, and maintaining spreadsheets.- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple conversations and deadlines.- Professional presence and customer empathy when interacting with senior stakeholders.- Ownership mindset and hunger to build from scratch.What We re Looking For:- Excellent written communication skills and ability to write structured, persuasive outreach.- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, email sequencing tools, and maintaining spreadsheets.- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple conversations and deadlines.- Professional presence and customer empathy when interacting with senior stakeholders.- Ownership mindset and hunger to build from scratch.
