Job Roll: On rollChannel: Banca ChannelJob Summary:The Bancassurance Channel Officer role is responsible for driving insurance sales through bank branches by leveraging the bank s existing customer base and distribution network. The individual works closely with bank staff to generate leads, provide product training, and convert prospects into policyholders.Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers among the bank s existing clientele and walk-in customers.- Conduct needs analysis and suggest suitable insurance solutions.- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers, front-line staff, and relationship officers.- Regularly engage with bank teams to motivate them and generate referrals.- Conduct joint client meetings with bank staff to increase policy conversion.- Follow up on leads generated through the bank channel.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field 2 years of experience in BFSI Sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)- Required all semester marksheets.
