Our tight-knit team thrives on innovation, flexibility, and a people-first culture that values work-life balance and continuous improvement.Roles and Responsibilities:- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the B2B technology or retail solution space.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in a competitive environment.- In-depth understanding of omni- channel retail solutions and their impact on business performance.- Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its current challenges.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales.- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree or masters.- Should be proficient in English and Kannada- Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.- Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.- Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.- Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.- Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.- Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.- Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.
