Job Description
& 2-3 years of similar experience mandatory. Candidate needs to be hands-on with essential admin tasks - office inventory, vendors, understanding of basic IT setups, housekeeping etc.&
& Highly motivated, quick learners, and disciplined candidates need apply. Exceptionally smart candidate will be put on a managerial growth path with increasing exposure to strategic decision-making and execution.&
& Good business skills in English for emails, spreadsheets, basic documents, etc. are essential from day 1.&
& Male / Female candidates can apply -& 90% in office work, but should be able to move quickly within the city and between our offices in Indiranagar to ensure smooth functioning.&
Mon - Friday, 9-6pm work.

Skills Required

    • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with staff, management, and clients.
    • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  2. Organizational Skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.

    • Ability to work well with diverse teams and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Conflict resolution skills to handle workplace issues diplomatically.
  4. Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with office management software, HRMS, or ERP systems.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities
    • Quick decision-making in resolving day-to-day office issues.
    • Resourcefulness in handling unexpected challenges.
  6. Time Management
    • Efficiency in meeting deadlines while balancing multiple tasks.
    • Punctuality and dependability in office operations.
  7. Financial and Numerical Ability
    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, and handling petty cash.
    • Ability to assist finance teams with expense tracking.
  8. Adaptability
    • Flexibility to take on new tasks as business needs evolve.
    • Openness to learning new tools, systems, and processes.
